Anna & Andrew | Louisville Wedding

Updated: Apr 4, 2018

Anna's was one of the first weddings I booked this year. The more we talked about the details of her day, the more excited I became. We were looking forward to a sunny day and a good time celebrating. However, Mother Nature had another plan. Come the day of Anna's wedding, there was a chance for storms. We kept an eye on the radar just in case since she was having an outdoor ceremony. Thankfully, there was a nice breeze to cool off the day and it stayed sunny all through their ceremony. Guests made their way inside to enjoy some delicious food catered by Bristol Bar & Grille as well as enjoy some music courtesy of Perfect Pitch DJ Services. As we enjoyed our meal, there was a sudden and loud POP and the lights went out. Apparently, we had gotten strong enough winds to take out a tree and knock down a transformer. Needless to say, we didn't have power for the rest of the night. But thanks to our DJ's resourcefulness we still managed to keep the party going and our bride and groom made some memories they won't soon forget!
